How to get free games for your ds

Are you sick and tired of spending all your money on games for your ds? Then you have come to the right place. When I first brought my ds, I couldn't believe the prices of the games. I talked to my friend, and soon found that he was getting all his games for free, by using a flashcart. I went on the internet and did some research on flashcarts. After a few days of research I finaly figured out how it all works. A flashcart is a card that fits into the card slot in the ds, and the ds reconises it as a game. On the flashcart there is a small slot for a micro sd card. First you put the games onto the micro sd card, then you put the micro sd card in the cart, put the cart in your ds and you have got free ds games.

Before you can start playing games on your ds, you will need to buy a few essentials.

You will need:

A flashcart. there are many flashcarts to choose from, like r4, m3, acecard, ect. I recommend getting a m3 because it one of the most popular & reliable.

A micro SD card. You can get theese with the cart at most sites. Most ds games are around 30 - 50mb, so you would be able to fit around 30 - 40 games on a 1 GB micro sd card.

A micro SD card reader. If the cart you buy does not have one then you will need to buy this as well. (unless your computer has a SD card slot, if it does you wont need a sd card reader.)

Mario kart ds is one of the best ds games available. There are many different mario characters and karts to choose from, and as you progress through the game, you will unlock even more!

Speed racer is an amazing racing game for the ds. The graphics are amazing, as is the gameplay. You can unlock more tracks and characters as you progress through the game.

Kirby Squeak Squad is a very easy, but fun plat-former for the ds. Change into many different versions of kirby as you battle your way through each level of the game. At the end of each level you will have to fight a boss, with the help of a few different transformations to choose from.

New Super Mario Bros. is a great plat-former for the ds. Jump your way through each of the levels, as you try to save peach from bowser. Can you catch up with bowser?

The lengendary starfy is suprisingly fun, as you starfy tries to get his new friends memory back. But along the way starfy, gets himself into a bit of trouble. Can starfy survive the adventure, and get his friends memory back?

As well as roms, you can get what is called homebrew. Homebrew are non comercial games made by ordanary people. All though homebrew is free, and smaller than roms (most of the time), most homebrew require more than just dragging and dropping a file into your card. When installing homebrew, be careful of viruses, as homebrew is not as reliable as the commercially made roms.

It can be quite simple to download and watch free tv shows and movies on your ds. The ds only plays .dpg movies and nothing else. There are a few sites where you can download these.

I recomend visiting www.GBATMW.net because it has a great range of dpg movies and tv shows free for download. All you have to do is sign up for an acount, scroll down to the dpg video section, then choose the file you want. Once the file has finished dowloading, plug in your micro sd card and transfer the file to youre sd card. You may have to put moonshell on your card to play the video, but for some cards/ firmware you dont.
